Hidden on the corner of Main & Jayne in Florida, NY, Jayne Street Distilling Co. was conceptualized by Nick Spiegel, a Culinary Institute of America graduate and Certified Sommelier. Specialized in producing spirits that utilize regional Hudson Valley botanicals, Jayne Street Distilling Co. connects local agriculture with high-end hospitality to create a unique gastronomical experience.
Jayne Street Distillery reached out to us to develop a compelling brand identity that would aim to not only reflect the distillery's commitment to craftsmanship and high-quality spirits, but also its deep connection to local area and botanicals.
